Used Flame2Flame for a chimney sweep. Mark was great, very tidy workman (considering it’s such a messy job). Took the time to explain the process and was very thorough with what he did.

I would defo recommend and use again.

Highly Recommend Flame2Flame. Mark and Andy were a delight to deal with from the outset. Great recommendation on the style that fitted well with my space and seamless installation process. A full tutorial on lighting and maintenance. A pleasure to deal with a company who take such pride in what they do - true professionals.

Mark couldn't have been more helpful when he came round to sweep and service our log burner. He went above and beyond and was really thorough. He was so knowledgeable and gave us some great advice about different types of wood and even showed us the best method to light the fire. He even went to the trouble to do some extra repairs while he was here. He left the fire and surrounding area clean and looking brand new! Mark was polite and courteous and really considerate of keeping the area he worked in clean and tidy. We couldn't fault him and would highly recommend him 🙂

I am really pleased with Flame 2 Flame Stoves.
A high quality service and the attention to detail was suburb.Mark explained everything he was doing and was extremely polite and tidy throughout.
Mark also left the fire all ready to go with logs and kindling and natural fire lighters. I thought this was a really nice touch.
I would highly recommend

We contacted Mark @ Flame2Flame Stoves he came out on a date and time convenient to us. Mark carried out a full service on our stove this year including a sweep of our flue. We found the whole experience really positive. Mark highlighted a couple of items that required attention and dealt with it promptly. The repairs carried out has made such a difference to the stove operation. The repairs included fire brick replacement and a worn rope seal. Advice was also offered on the correct type of fuel to burn on our stove. The stove was cleaned throughout, the glass cleaned and the stove painted. It now looks like it was just installed. Flame2Flame is a professional company with Mark and the team coming highly recommend 👌.

Extremely pleased with my wood burning stove fitted by Mark and Andy. It adds significant heat, atmosphere and comfort to the lounge, plus it’s a great focal point.
Mark and Andy were recommended to me and they have lived up to all expectations. Both are skilled and knowledgeable, working considerately causing little disturbance.
Amenable and very trustworthy, so much so I was happy to leave keys with them.
I highly recommend Mark and Andy’s services - top marks!
